JAB Wireless dual PIR & MW motion detector JA-161PW

JA-161PW is an addressable wireless motion detector combining passive infrared (PIR) and microwave (MW) technologies for reliable indoor intrusion detection. The PIR sensor triggers detection while the microwave module confirms or rejects events to reduce false alarms caused by temperature changes, drafts or radiant heat.

The detector operates within the JABLOTRON 100+ system and supports two‑way radio communication at 868.1 MHz (JABLOTRON protocol). Settings and fine tuning are performed remotely via the F-Link tool; microwave sensitivity is adjustable in four levels.

Beyond intrusion detection, the JA-161PW can be used for automation tasks such as lighting control. The microwave module can be disabled while the system is disarmed so the detector only reacts to PIR for faster automation triggers.
