It is installed on the ceiling and its guaranteed detection coverage is 360° with a capture radius of up to 5.5 m at a mounting height of 3.5 m.

The resistance to false alarms is adjustable at two levels

The detector has a pulse response and occupies one position in the system.

The mounting spacer (PLV-P-ST) is a certified accessory for ceiling detectors; these can be used with wireless detectors to separate the antenna from the mounting surface and thus to potentially improve the range.
