RB-524-DIN is an ancillary power relay for DIN-rail mounting (EN 60715). It is intended for switching single-phase loads up to 250 V / 16 A (max. 4000 VA) and is suitable for distribution cabinets, alarm systems and automation installations where a compact, reliable power relay is required.

The input accepts control voltage from 5 to 24 V DC with low standby currents (5 V – 80 mA; 12 V – 40 mA; 24 V – 25 mA). The output switching contact is galvanically isolated from the control terminals and rated for safety isolation up to 4 kV. The module features a visible LED indicating relay status.

  • Maximum switching voltage: 250 V AC / 24 V DC
  • Resistive load (cosφ=1): max. 16 A; inductive/capacitive (cosφ=0.4): max. 8 A
  • Halogen lamps: max. 1000 W; DC load: 384 W; minimum DC switching power: 0.5 W

The unit is intended for indoor use with an ambient operating temperature of -10 °C to +40 °C and IP20 protection. It complies with relevant EMC and safety standards: EN 50130-4, EN 55022, EN 60950-1; the Declaration of Conformity also references EN 62368-1.

RB-524-DIN is a compact, reliable option for switching power loads from control systems. Protective devices (fuses/breakers) and installation must be selected according to local regulations and the characteristics of the switched load.
