Power supply - DIN rail DR-100-24

Mean Well DR-100-24 is a single-output DIN-rail (TS-35) switching power supply designed for industrial applications that require a stable 24V DC source. The unit provides a nominal 24V output at 4.2A (rated power 100.8W) and allows output adjustment in the 24–29V range for fine tuning.

The input accepts a wide AC range of 88–264VAC (47–63Hz) and can also operate from 124–370VDC when needed. Typical efficiency is approximately 89%, and no-load power consumption is below 1W, which helps reduce standby losses in control cabinets and automation equipment.

Integrated protection functions include short-circuit, overload (current limiting with automatic recovery), over-voltage (output shut-down, recoverable by power-cycling) and over-temperature protection. Output ripple/noise is specified up to 150 mVp-p for the 24V version.

Mechanically, the supply mounts on a standard TS-35 DIN rail (7.5 or 15 mm) and is cooled by natural convection—no fan. A front power LED provides quick status indication. Compact dimensions and low weight support dense installation in control panels.
