Solarix CAT5E FTP — 305 m boxed cable

Installation-grade Cat.5E cable with overall foil shielding (F/UTP), designed for reliable data and system cabling. Supplied in a 305 m cardboard box that simplifies cable pull-out and prevents tangling on site.

Construction and compliance
Four twisted pairs (orange, blue, green, brown) with overall aluminium/mylar foil. Solid copper conductors Ø 0.50 mm ±0.005 mm (AWG24) with HDPE insulation. PVC outer jacket in grey RAL 7035 complies with EN 60332 and EN 50575; reaction-to-fire class CPR Eca.

Electrical and mechanical data
Cable diameter ≈ 6.2 mm, jacket thickness ≈ 0.55 mm, NVP 68%, propagation delay 535 ns/100 m and delay skew ≤ 45 ns/100 m. Maximum tensile strength 100 N (4×25 N/pair). Minimum bending radius during installation 4× cable diameter.

Protocols and PoE
Compliant with ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173 and ANSI/TIA 568.2-E. Suitable for 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX, 1000BASE-T and—depending on installation quality and length—for 2.5GBASE-T and 5GBASE-T. Supports PoE type 1 (802.3af) and type 2 (802.3at).

Packaging, operating conditions and warranty
Supplied in a 305 m box (box size 215 × 405 × 405 mm). Operating temperature -20 °C to 60 °C; installation temperature 0 °C to 50 °C. Manufacturer standard warranty 5 years; possible system warranties up to 30 years. RoHS and REACH compliant.
