GD-04P is the official Jablotron service link cable for connecting a PC to system units for local configuration, parameter transfer and diagnostics. It provides a USB interface to units such as the CU‑08 (TRACER), CA‑210x car alarm series and the GD‑04 (David) GSM/GPS communicator.

Programming and configuration are performed using Jablotron’s tools: C‑Link for CU‑08 and CA‑210x, and GD‑Link for GD‑04. Before connecting, install the appropriate USB driver on Windows (XP or later) so the PC recognises the device.

The cable is intended solely for local service work over USB. Remote configuration and server‑based management are separate options available via GSM per the device documentation; GD‑04P is for direct, on‑site interaction and diagnostics.

Usage notes: always use the original cable and official software, do not change device parameters without proper knowledge, and follow the manufacturer’s installation and safety instructions when connecting hardware.
