JA-162PW-AN is a volumetric wireless motion detector designed for indoor protection with the JABLOTRON 100+ platform. The device uses a PIR sensor for primary detection; when PIR detects movement, the MW module is activated to confirm the event before an alarm is sent, reducing false triggers when installed and configured correctly.

The anthracite version features a dark lens to improve immunity to harsh lighting and reflections compared with the standard white lens. MW confirmation level and other detector parameters are configurable via the system’s F-Link software or during installation.

Professional installation and enrolment into a control panel equipped with a JA-11xR radio module are required. Perform on-site coverage testing during installation and avoid mounting near large metal objects or moving items that could affect the MW field.

  • Power supply: 2× CR123A lithium batteries (3 V / 1500 mAh). Batteries not included. Typical battery life ≈ 4 years; LowBatt threshold < 2.7 V.

  • Radio: 868.1 MHz (JABLOTRON protocol), maximum RF power (ERP) 25 mW, communication range approx. 300 m (open area).
  • PIR: detection angle 90° / range up to 12 m. Recommended mounting height 2.2–2.5 m above floor level.
  • Microwave: detection angle 80° / range up to 12 m; operational frequency 24.125 GHz; maximum MW RF power (ERP) 30 mW.
  • Dimensions: 63 × 150 × 40 mm. Weight: 125 g (without batteries).
  • Classification: Security grade 2 / Environmental class II (according to EN 50131-1). Operating temperature: -10 °C to +40 °C; average humidity 75 % RH without condensation.
  • Certification: Trezor Test s.r.o. (no. 3025). Compliant with relevant ETSI/EN standards; operating conditions according to ERC REC 70-03.

The detector is compatible with JABLOTRON 100+ control panels (e.g. JA-102K, JA-103K, JA-107K and newer). To ensure reliable operation and to maintain certification, use authorized installers and verify coverage and settings using F-Link diagnostics.
