Overview

The JA-111SH is a wired (BUS) shock and tilt detector designed for integration with the JABLOTRON 100 control panel. The device operates in two selectable modes: SHOCK (vibration/impact detection) and TILT (angle/position change detection), making it suitable for protecting doors, windows, glass partitions, safes and valuable exhibits.

Modes and settings

Internal settings are adjusted in the F-Link software: LED indication (enabled/disabled), function (Shock or Tilt) and sensitivity (Lowest, Low, Medium, High, Highest). Shock triggering can be set to Unconfirmed (single event) or Confirmed (two events required). In Confirmed mode the detector is blocked for 10 s after the first event; a second event within 30 s triggers an alarm.

Installation notes

For reliable SHOCK detection the unit must be mechanically mounted to a surface that transmits impacts to the detector body. Avoid mounting on firmly fixed parts of window or door frames where vibrations are damped. For TILT mode the detector is recommended to be mounted vertically where possible. Enrol the device using F-Link or by entering the production code, then press the tamper contact to complete enrolment.

Compliance and use

The JA-111SH uses a digital-output tri-axial accelerometer and signal processing to ensure high immunity to false alarms. The detector complies with relevant EN standards and should be installed by a trained technician certified by an authorised distributor.
