JA-153E-WH is a wireless access module combining a keypad and an integrated 125 kHz RFID reader for control of Jablotron 100+ alarm systems. The modular design supplies the base control segment in the unit and allows expansion with up to 20 additional JA-192E‑WH segments as required.

The module communicates two‑way on 868.1 MHz using the JABLOTRON protocol. Smart Radio Wake‑up (SRW) wakes the module from sleep—e.g. when a wireless door detector is triggered—so the keypad is available during the entrance delay.

The device is addressable and occupies one position in the alarm system. Power is from 2 × AA alkaline batteries (LR6); batteries are not included. Typical battery life depends on settings and usage and is generally 1–2 years.
