Overview

The JA-156E-AN is a wireless touchscreen keypad from the JABLOTRON 100+ family, designed for user-friendly control via a virtual keypad and RFID cards/tags. It is intended for indoor installation in residential and commercial environments requiring a modern local interface to the alarm system.

Main features

  • Radio: 868.1 MHz (JABLOTRON protocol), maximum ERP <25 mW; typical range approx. 200 m in open area.
  • RFID reader: 125 kHz for card/tag authorization; maximum RFID magnetic field strength -5.4 dBμA/m (measured at 10 m).
  • Power supply: external adapter +12 V DC (8–15 V), type A per EN 50131-6. Backup battery not included — recommended BAT-3V7-2500 (Li‑Ion Polymer 3.7 V / 2500 mAh).
  • Backup battery: typical backup >48 hrs; LowBatt threshold 3.5 V; charging to 80% capacity in 6–7 hrs.
  • Consumption: nominal 58 mA (display OFF), maximal 280 mA (display ON).
  • Dimensions / weight: 95 × 183 × 30 mm; 258 g (without battery).
  • Classification: Security grade 2 / Environmental class I (EN 50131-1). Operating temperature 0 °C to +40 °C; relative humidity 75% RH, non‑condensing.

For compliance with EN 50131-1 and to accommodate the power supply, the manufacturer recommends installing the power unit in the KU68 mounting box beneath the keypad according to installation instructions. The keypad includes tamper contacts and is suitable for everyday system control.

The device is certified by Trezor Test s.r.o. (nr. 3025) and complies with the listed ETSI and EN standards contained in the official documentation. Follow the product manual and local regulations when integrating and commissioning the keypad; commissioning must be performed by a certified installer.
