The Jablotron JA-155E-NFC-AN is a wireless four‑segment keypad designed as a primary user interface for JABLOTRON 100+ and Mercury alarm systems. It combines a clear LCD display with segment‑based controls that present system status using a traffic‑light logic for immediate recognition and simple operation.

NFC authentication

The built‑in NFC reader operates at 13.56 MHz and supports MIFARE tags, enabling fast, contactless user authorization with cards or fobs. NFC replaces legacy 125 kHz RFID solutions and allows quick access without mandatory PIN entry.

Power and radio communication

The keypad is powered by 4×AA (LR6) alkaline batteries (not included); typical battery life is 1–2 years depending on usage and settings. For permanent supply, an external 12 V ±1 V adapter can be used. Radio communication uses the Jablotron protocol at 868.1 MHz with ERP <25 mW and an approximate open‑air range of 200 m.

Expandability and installation

The device contains one control segment and supports modular extension with JA-192E control segments; the system can host up to 20 segments to expand local control points. Installation and commissioning should be performed by authorized technicians.
