JA-112E – BUS RFID Access Module

The JA-112E is a BUS-connected access module with an integrated 125 kHz RFID reader designed for JABLOTRON 100/100+ security and automation systems. The module is addressable and occupies a single BUS address in the system. In its basic configuration it contains one operating (control) segment and can be extended with up to 20 additional JA-192E control segments.

Communication and power are provided via the control panel BUS (9…15 V). The unit supports configurable optical and acoustic indications to signal entry/exit delays and alarm states. Acoustic sound during exit delay is suppressed when a valid authorization (user code or RFID) is detected. The indication key can be used to wake the module or to mute indications permanently.

The JA-112E includes a power‑saving function for operation on backup power to minimize current draw. Typical current consumption values are: standby 10 mA, active 15 mA, and +0.5 mA for each additional control segment.

Taken from the manufacturer's datasheet, the JA-112E is suited where combined keypad/segment control and RFID access are required in JABLOTRON 100/100+ installations. Its low standby current, modular expandability and straightforward user indications make it suitable for indoor Grade 2 environments.
