JA-122PW

New product

JABLOTRON ALARMS S.A.

JA-122PW is a BUS device for the JABLOTRON 100+ system combining passive infrared (PIR) and microwave (MW) detection to reduce false alarms. Low power consumption, operates at 12 V DC (9–15 V); recommended mounting 2.2–2.5 m.

More details

More info

JA-122PW is a dual PIR and MW motion detector for indoor use as a bus device of the JABLOTRON 100+ system. By combining passive infrared sensing with a microwave confirmation stage, the detector achieves higher immunity to false alarms: PIR triggers on motion and the MW module verifies the event before the panel is alerted.

The device features a white lens that provides standard white-light immunity up to 6000 lux. Sensitivity and false-alarm immunity are adjustable independently for the PIR and MW channels, allowing tailored tuning for different environments.

JA-122PW is suitable for locations with potential disturbance sources (e.g. appliances, reflective surfaces) because the MW confirmation reduces nuisance triggers. The detector works with pulse detection and occupies a single BUS address in the system.

  • MW frequency: 24.125 GHz; maximum RF power (ERP): 30 mW
  • Dimensions / weight: 150 × 63 × 40 mm / 120 g
  • Operating range: -10 °C to +40 °C; humidity up to 75 % RH (no condensation)
  • Classification: Security grade 2 / Environmental class II (per EN 50131-1)
  • Compliance: ETSI EN 300 440, EN 50130-4, EN 55032, EN 62368-1, EN 50581, EN 50131-1, EN 50131-2-4; ERC REC 70-03
  • Certification body: Trezor Test s.r.o. (no. 3025)

For optimal performance follow the recommended mounting height and avoid pointing the detector directly at windows or large reflective surfaces. JA-122PW is certified for professional security installations and helps reduce false alarms through its two-stage verification logic.
