Jablotron JA-180P is a compact wireless PIR motion detector designed for reliable indoor intrusion detection. Digital signal processing reduces false alarms while maintaining stable sensitivity to human movement.

The unit features a cover tamper switch that reports unauthorized opening or removal. The standard detection pattern covers a 120° field of view up to 12 m; detection characteristics can be adapted for special installations by using alternative lenses where required.

Communication uses the 868.1 MHz band with the Jablotron protocol. Nominal radio range in open areas is approximately 300 m; actual range depends on site conditions and mounting. Power is supplied by a single CR14500 (AA) 3.6 V lithium cell; typical battery life is around 3 years depending on event rate and power‑saving settings.

Recommended mounting height is 2.0–2.5 m above floor level. Operating temperature is -10 °C to +40 °C and the device is rated for environment class II (Indoor general). JA-180P is classified as Grade 2 and complies with applicable radio and EMC standards.
