JA-110P BUS PIR motion detector

The JA-110P is a wired BUS passive infrared detector intended for indoor intrusion detection. It occupies one address on the alarm BUS and detects movement of warm bodies; connection order on the BUS loop is not important.

Detection behaviour can be optimised with interchangeable lenses: JS-7904 for long corridors (narrow beam), JS-7906 for reduced pet sensitivity, and JS-7901 for a vertical curtain pattern. Correct lens selection and installation are important to ensure the intended coverage and avoid blind spots.

The detector offers two selectable immunity levels against false alarms. The optional SMART MEMORY INDICATION (SMI) provides a visual LED confirmation of the last triggering to help locate the alarm source; SMI can be reset or disabled via the keypad/system settings.

Installation and power: recommended mounting height is 2.5 m. Power is supplied from the control panel BUS: 12 V DC (9 ... 15 V). Quiescent current is 5 mA; current for cable sizing is 10 mA. With the standard lens the detection angle is 110° and coverage up to 12 m.
