Overview

JA-155P is a wireless ceiling PIR motion detector designed for indoor use within the JABLOTRON 100+ portfolio. It occupies a single system position and is optimized for flush ceiling installation, providing panoramic 360° coverage for human movement detection.

Main features

  • Detection: 360° / 11 m (at 3.5 m mounting height), radius up to 5.5 m.
  • Power supply: 1x or 2x CR123A lithium batteries (3 V / 1500 mAh). Expected lifetime in Smartwatch mode: 1x CR123A – 2 years; 2x CR123A – 4 years.
  • Radio: 868.1 MHz, JABLOTRON protocol; range up to 300 m in open area. Low battery is indicated below 2.4 V.
  • Physical: Ø 125 x 40 mm; weight without batteries 124 g. Recommended mounting height: 2.5–3.5 m.
  • Classification and environment: security grade 2 / II (EN 50131-1); environment: indoor general; operating temperature: -10 °C to +40 °C.

Installation and accessories

The detector is intended for ceiling mounting. The certified mounting spacer PLV-P-ST can be used to separate the antenna from the mounting surface and potentially improve radio range. Pulse-type response and two-level false-alarm resistance allow installers to adapt sensitivity to different interiors.

Compliance and use cases

JA-155P is suitable for residential and commercial interiors where unobstructed 360° volumetric coverage is required. Technical parameters comply with the manufacturer's specification and relevant standards (EN 50131 series and related ETSI/EMC norms). Certification body: Trezor Test s.r.o. (no. 3025).
