JA-150P PET — wireless PIR motion detector with pet immunity

The JA-150P PET is a wireless PIR detector designed for interior protection within the JABLOTRON 100+ system. It reliably detects human body movement while reducing false alarms caused by household pets thanks to the factory-fitted JS-7910 "pet" lens.

In practice the detector suppresses movement of small animals along the floor up to approximately 7 m (recommended for animals up to ≈25 kg and max. height around 40 cm), while providing human detection coverage of 90°/12 m. The device uses pulse response and occupies one position in the alarm system.

Power, radio and operating details

Powered by 2× LR6 (AA) alkaline batteries 1.5 V / 2.4 Ah (batteries not included). Quiescent current is 25 μA, maximum current up to 50 mA. Communication operates on 868.1 MHz using the JABLOTRON protocol, ERP <25 mW; the radio range in open area is approximately 300 m. Recommended mounting height is 2 m above floor level.
