Product overview

The JB-TS-NTC10K is an external passive NTC10K temperature sensor designed for use with JABLOTRON thermostats. It provides accurate local temperature feedback where the thermostat cannot be placed directly at the measurement point, most commonly for floor temperature sensing and limit functions.

Compatibility: compatible with JB-111TP, JB-151TP, JB-111TH, JB-151TH, JB-112TP and JB-112TH thermostats; connects to the dedicated external input for limiting or informative temperature measurement.

Design and operation: the sensing element is housed in a brass enclosure rated IP67 and is supplied with a 3 m silicone cable (2 × 0.22 mm², shielded). As a passive NTC device it varies resistance with temperature and requires no external power.

Installation notes: for floor sensing place the probe in a protective sleeve and position it at least 30 cm from the wall, midway between heating pipes or cable loops. Avoid unnecessary cable extension as it can affect measurement accuracy; the supplied 3 m cable is recommended for typical installations.

The JB-TS-NTC10K gives thermostats reliable external temperature feedback so they can limit floor temperature to protect floor coverings and maintain occupant comfort.
