JA-110ST is an addressable BUS combined smoke and temperature detector that integrates an optical smoke chamber with a heat sensor. It is intended for early fire detection in residential and commercial interiors and allows selection of response modes: optical and thermal together, optical only or thermal only.

The detector occupies one address on the digital BUS and is assigned during enrolment. SMART MEMORY INDICATION (SMI) provides a visual LED confirmation of past activations; SMI behaviour can be controlled or disabled via the system software.

The device reports a tamper when the cover is opened (unless the control panel is in Service mode). Installation, enrolment and configuration must be performed by a qualified installer following recommended placement rules (typically ceiling mounting and appropriate distances from walls and ventilation) to minimise false alarms.

Testing and maintenance

The optical function can be checked with a test spray and the heat function with a suitable heat source; if both triggers are enabled, combined testing is required. Monthly functional tests and regular cleaning of the detector cover and vents from dust and cobwebs are recommended to ensure reliable operation.

JA-110ST is intended for use in JABLOTRON 100 systems and is compatible with control units such as JA-101K, JA-102K, JA-103K, JA-106K and JA-107K. For correct placement, enrolment and configuration follow the manufacturer's installation instructions.
