JA-110F is a compact BUS flood detector designed to indicate water presence or flooding in indoor locations such as basements and bathrooms. Detection is performed by electrodes: when water covers the electrodes the detector sends an activation signal to the control panel; when the water recedes it sends a standby (deactivation) signal.

Power and communication are provided via the JABLOTRON 100 digital BUS. The device does not include a tamper contact and occupies a single address in the alarm system. On power-up the yellow LED flashes until the device is enrolled; enrollment is performed via the F-Link software or following the manufacturer's electrode shorting procedure.

The JA-110F is intended for water detection, not for permanent immersion or for use with aggressive liquids (e.g. wastewater). If installed outside the protected zone, a BUS insulator JA-110T is recommended. A JA-190PL mounting box can be used to protect connections and secure installation.

This detector integrates simply into the JABLOTRON 100 system, enabling timely alerts and automation based on detected leaks. Installation and enrolment should be performed by a qualified technician following the manufacturer’s instructions.
