JAB JB-112TH is a BUS-connected room sensor designed for integration with JABLOTRON 100/100+ systems. It measures temperature, relative humidity and CO₂ concentration and provides a thermostat function for controlling heating or ventilation in a zone.

The sensor sends measured values over the system bus to the control panel, enabling automatic zone regulation. Measurements can be viewed and analyzed through MyJABLOTRON 2 (temperature, humidity and CO₂ graphs), allowing remote monitoring and historical data review.

JB-112TH offers outputs for heating and ventilation control and accepts an external temperature probe (input for JB‑TS‑NTC10K or similar), useful for installations such as underfloor heating or specific measurement points.

Installation and configuration are performed within the JABLOTRON system; the device is intended for professional installation and the system should be registered in the JABLOTRON Cloud to enable full MyJABLOTRON functionality. Refer to the product manual for installation and electrical details.
