JB-112TP is an addressable BUS room thermostat with a built-in CO₂ sensor that measures temperature, relative humidity and air quality in a single device. It is designed for zonal and central HVAC control within the JABLOTRON 100+ ecosystem and occupies one addressable position on the BUS.

Up to 16 thermostats can be installed in a building to control up to 16 independent circuits, allowing zone-based management of multiple rooms or areas. Basic controls are available on the local display, while schedules, graphs and advanced settings are handled through the MyJABLOTRON 2 app.

The unit supports independent switching of heating, cooling and ventilation outputs and can react to the alarm system (for example automatic setback when the system is armed). Integration with the JABLOTRON 100+ control panel enables energy management and coordination with other addressable devices.

The thermostat can work with an external NTC floor sensor to provide a floor temperature limit function, useful for underfloor heating installations. A darker anthracite version is available under the designation JB-112TP-AN.
